The story
From Dutch boardrooms to Mallorcan banking halls.
I grew up in the Netherlands and moved to Mallorca after a career in sales, finance and marketing at international corporates. Two cultures, two languages, two ways of working. Over the years, I kept seeing the same challenge: international buyers walking into Spanish banks, facing processes they did not understand, and giving up on homes they had already imagined living in.
In 2022 I founded my own advisory with one ambition: to make financing in Spain a personal, composed and discreet experience. Today I work as an independent associated adviser of Mortgage Direct, with a personal focus on non resident and (U)HNW cases.
My team supports the entry and mid segments with the same level of care. The most complex files, including holding structures, multi jurisdictional income and private banking conversations, remain personally with me.

Independent means independent. I am not on any single bank’s payroll. Through Mortgage Direct I have access to more than twenty Spanish lenders, from the household names to the private banks that quietly serve high-net-worth families. The match is made on your profile, never on a sales target.
